As Chair of Hackney Homes' board, Rupert took his role seriously and was proud to represent Hackney residents. A friendly and approachable man, who took time to greet and talk with people he met at work and as he travelled around the borough. He was truly HH's elder statesman. I pray that God will comfort and strengthen his family and friends during their time of bereavement.
