To a wonderful man. Rupert Tyson MBE was a credit to London Borough of Hackney and his community. He tirelessly worked for the best of residents and staff. He was articulate with an amazing presence when he walked into a room. He will be tremendously missed. A shoe hard to fill and an end to a generation. Blessings to family and friends.
